Completely Bored

I know what some of you who do read this blog every so often are thinking. When are you not bored Briann? Well that is a good question, cause often I am bored. I guess I just get bored easily.

Well as some of you may not know I'm going to really try and start eating better and exercising more. I don't know what happened but I was doing my Taebo DVDs and then for some reason I stopped. I guess lost motivation but I'm slowly starting to do them once again. Don't worry I'm not going to write in depth about my health, weight and all the rest of that junk on this blog. I'm putting all that stuff somewhere else. I might mention it time to time, but not really often.

Anyhow I've been doing a lot of reading lately, which also may come as suprise to those of you who know me well. It took me forever when I was younger to read. I couldn't really read till I was in the first grade. Even after that reading just wasn't something I was good at when it came to books. I never really could concentrate one what I was reading or remember what I had read, it just always seemed to just blur in my head. I guess now that I'm not being forced to do it or required to do it for either an assignment or to become familar so I could answer things during a lecture that I comprehend more of what I'm reading.

Right now I'm reading Green Mile, I never went and saw the movie cause I really didn't care much to do so. So far the book is ok, it's not anything too interesting to me.

I finished Michael Crichton's State of Fear on Saturday. It was a really good book and was about the ever so interesting topic of Global Warming. It pretty much summed up my ideas about a lot of these enviromental groups.

Before that I read Metro Girl and It Pays to Be Cheap. Metro Girl was pretty gosh darn cool. I really enjoyed reading it. It reminded me of some of the fan fics I read, which by the way no one seems to be updating lately. Hopefully that will changed.

The highlight of my week happened yesterday night. I was just about to switch screenames to check some my professional email account and I was clicking off the favorites and I looked and I saw a screename I hadn't seen in a long time. It was CJ. (For those of you who don't know who CJ is, he is a guy I met my first semester at Chapman Univeristy in this Poly Sci class I was taking. He also was the first person to actually invite me to hang out, but that's all I'll say about that for now) So I instant messaged him and we chatted for a bit. Informed about his phone changing numbers and that he got the gift I sent him for Christmas. Also that shortly I should be seeing something in the mail from him. wonder what it is? He also told me he'd try to be online more since this would be his last semester of college. Then he had to get offline so he could take his practice LSAT, which I'm sure he did well on because he always seems to ace things.

The weird thing about him getting online was my reaction to him being online. I was so acting like a little school girl, I was so excited to see him online and to be chatting with him. Because I hadn't heard from him since like October. It was really exciting and nice to talk to him. I love chatting with people back in California, there a lot of times I miss it there. Although I don't miss the cost of living and other expenses out there, but I do miss a lot of people and the weather and JAMBA JUICE. HAHAHA. See there is no Jamba Juice in Missouri, but we do have Cold Stone now.

Speaking of California why does everything think, that in order to have success, if they are an actor, they need to go there. Yes they do make a lot of movies there and make a lot of TV shows there. But honestly it's not all that is crack up to be. You have bizillion people there who all want to do the exact same thing and become rich and famous, and a lot of them are so fake. I've never met so many posers in one place. Every place you go you are bound to bump into an actor whether they are famous or not. It's so bad it's not just in the LA area but it's like all of Southern California has a bunch of people who want to be actors and there is just too many. It's impossible for all of these people to be actors because there aren't enough roles for the vast majority of southern californians to take. It's insane, but I guess that's not my problem, it's my observation.

I still haven't gotten my phone call from Justin Bruening from All My Children. This friend I made online that I chat with quite often from New York won an auction for a 10 minute phone call with him and money went to RAINN. She'd paid over 300 dollars for this phone call and gave it to me. She won the auction at either the end of August or sometime in September. It is now the second week in February and I still haven't gotten it. Bad thing is the character that Justin plays on AMC I don't care too much for now because I think the storyline is really lame and he shouldn't be involved in it. Plus I don't care too much for the girl whom is now his finace who happens to be his love interest on the show. I'm not naming her name cause isn't worth my breathe or energy of typing it. I just don't like that gal and it doesn't have anything to do with her character or that she is dating him. Just something about her rubs me wrong and it has since she first came on the show.

Anyhow I still haven't gotten the call and I'm rather pissed. Because other people on that show gave of their time for a phone call and they called the people. He also has done a couple other phone call auctions since my friend won this one and I think he's called those people. I'm begining to think he just doesn't want to call me in particular, and if that's the case I'm sorry that I don't care for his finace but not everyone in the world likes everybody else.

Guess not a lot of people like me either, or I would have heard from them by now or people would call or at least email me occasionally. But I guess I'll get over it.

I really wonder who all reads my blog. I know there are a few people who do read it whenver it's updated, but other than those 2 people I don't know who else really reads this. I would hope that more than just the two people are reading this. but I guess that's all I really have to say for right now.

that really sucks about the phone call dude! I can't believe that. Isn't there anything that can be done about that?
